Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn't right, you can return unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return:
1. Contact us at bowinexpress@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We will reply with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
